4 U.S. States unable to pass budgets -  Maine, Connecticut, New Jersey & Illinois, the latter for the 3rd consecutive yr - near JUNK status.  (1/4 T $ unpayable pension money for civil servants in Illinois) 

U.S. dollar under pressure for good reason -  BANKRUPT NATION -  unpayable debt -  possible default.  This charade cannot continue much longer.
