Whatever happened to the original rhetoric about the bulk of this war being paid for by Iraq's oil instead of on the backs of American taxpayers?     $2B/week -   we could install a lot of CTLF Commercial Plants within a reasonable time as well as create employment for Americans -- 4,000 families/site --  and get the added bonus of energy independence!
