So very sad - money would be better spent building 10 -12 Commercial Coal to Liquid Fuel Plants thro'out the nation - giving employment to 10's of thousands & becoming energy self sufficient - as well as saving priceless American lifes - lowering the 1.5 Billion/day of increasing debt would help as well!
