Cooky, you're right. Chinese are far more practical & seem to be dealing with every day needs. In N.A. the politicians are totally ignorant of average people's needs - more interested in votes. When was last oil refinery in U.S? - 1970? No one concerned with Energy! U.S. would rather spend $2-3B/week on War than Energy Infrastructure & $115/barrel of imported oil.
