I'm afraid its the "American Nightmare" My mother lives in Florida too, and sometimes I wish she was a lot closer, but it is only 2hrs. by plane. Ya, even with insurance, anymore its still expensive when you add in the "out of pocket" expenses and co-pays. I'm not sure national health plan is way to go, as I have spoke to people from Canada that have said that the care may be ok, but sometimes it is quite a wait to get appts, and choice of doctors etc. Whats your experience ?????????
