So if i read the part about Barrick right, it sounds to me like the U.S. Gov. was involved and actively naked shorting in a deal with Barrick, do i have it right? WOW!! and we expect the SEC to control this. No wonder the guy who tipped off the SEC on more than one occasion about Madoff said the the SEC could not find ice cream inside a Dairy Queen.
