This varies board by board, based on the mix in the forum. There are no set rules that Agora insists, except the obvious ones, such as:

1. monitor and post as often as one can
2. keep the subject matter on the main board specific to discussing the company and all aspects effecting it, by asking people to post all other comments on the OT board
3. flag a post that violates any of the 6 rules which can be found under "quick tips"...I think that's where they are
4. if a post has been flagged by a HL, a decision needs to be made in processing the flag whether to delete it yourself, let another HL decide, or Agora take action
5. if someone joins and starts bashing, breaking the rules right out of the shoot, ban the user after adequate warnings
6. above all, keep the peace
