The use of "He" in italics refers to Jesus of Nazareth, Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God - who referred to man in general - this of course included both sexes, men & women.
This term of course is for Christains - other religions prefer to refer to Jesus as a prophet & this is their priviledge.
