Have you read the entire NI-43-101 report (amended June, 2009) and (mostly) understood it, and read and (mostly) understood all press releases of 2009 (and preferably '07 and '08)? I'll give the links if need be.

Once you have, you will answer your own questions. In other words, do your own due dilligence then come back, would love to discuss what you learned about the company.
