Hi Johnny - wow, where does one begin - your cruise ship will arrive at the main port of Oranjestad - you will want to see some of this city as well as take a tour up to the lighthouse at the North end of the island - the west side has all the low & high rise hotels - the eastern side is quite wild & rugged - a stark contrast. Many people spend several hours in the afternoon at the lovely Eagle Beach, a lovely wide public peaceful area of paradise near the LaCabana Resort. This is the beach I have affectionately called "Silverado Beach" - rated in the top 7 in the world. Of course I could give you a long list of scumptious eating places, but you won't have time to enjoy them.

Perhaps this might be the year many of us can get together finally to celebrate near Christmas.
