Dear PTSC2010,

Thank you for your inquiry. Our system keeps a track of voter's behavior, and generates an alert, when these behaviors trigger an algorithm (e.g. consecutive 1 or 5 stars given by a single user).

An admin will review the alert, then come to a conclusion as to whether these ratings are legitimate or not. For the greater part, we can come to a reasonable explanation. If we do detect any wrong doing, then the ratings in question are purged, and user's are either warned or banned.
