Worst case senario from fallout of Benzene & Hyrdrogen Sulfide if a tropical depression moves in from Gulf of Mexico ?

Whole midwest and east coast population is eventually evacuated and moved to west coast and all the farms in path of toxic fallout are contaminated and destroyed.... throw-in civil unrest and you have a recipe for total mayhem !!!
