Message: In 1913, What You Could have Bought with $5 Dollars at the Grocery Store

A little factoid I found on the internet a few months ago about the present devaluation of the US dollar. GRIM

Back in 1913, a typical $5 dollar shopping list looked like this, 15 lbs of Potatoes, 10 lbs. of Flour, 5 lbs. of Sugar, 5 lbs. of Chuck Roast, 3 lbs. of Round Steak, 3 lbs. of Rice, 2 lbs. each of Cheese & Bacon, one lb. each of Butter & Coffee, 2 Loaves of Bread, 4 Qrts. of Milk and a dozen eggs.
