Open the Internet explorer If that button is Greyed then follow these Options On the same window Select the Internet zone and click the Custom Level button. The Security Settings window opens. Scroll down to the Scripting section of Settings. Under Allow paste operations via script select Enable or Prompt. Click OK to close the Security Settings window. Click Yes when asked if you want to change security settings for this zone. Click OK again to close the Internet Options window. We will continue exploring the operation of Internet Explorer 8 with our site, as this bug has our developers scratching their heads. Internet Explorer 8 is a quite temperamental browser. You can try editing your security settings as explained below:
Click on Tools and Click on Internet Options
Go to the Security Tab, Click on Reset All Zones to Default Level
