Skyharbour's Drilling Continues on Hole BR08--2 on the Broulan Reef Gold Project, Red Lake, Ontario

Drilling continues on the Broulan Reef gold project with Hole BR08--2 now at 1,040 metres. The hole continues in the felsic pyroclastic sequence of rocks. The Balmer assemblage host rock has not yet been encountered but is expected within the next 200 metres.

To date, the drill contractor has utilized 11 removable wedges in hole BR08-2. The wedges are necessary to maintain a minimum of deflection in the mother hole. It is the Company's intent to keep the hole as straight as possible (approx. 285 degree azimuth). The direction of the hole is paramount to the encountering as much of the Balmer assemblage as possible. With a relatively straight hole being completed, this will allow the Company to conduct several angle holes (wedged holes) from the original mother hole. The ground that is being drilled is proving to be very hard rock to penetrate. This has slowed the anticipated completion of the mother hole. However, the drilling is proceeding in a timely fashion and will be drilled to a proposed depth of about 2200 metres.

Drilling as of late is getting to be a little more productive on the Broulan Reef project. There have been a number of mechanical break downs with the contractor's equipment that has had to be overcome. However, the contractor has been putting more effort into program. Company representatives have met with Cabo drilling management on the property in the last week in an effort to keep the program on a steady track.

We all know that is has seemed to have taken a long time to get to this stage. However, when comparing drilling habits and production with other contractors in our immediate area (i.e. GEA and Goldcorp) our situation is NOT unique. We started drilling this second hole March 6th. We have established 11 wedges in hole BR08-2 to date. It is imperative to keep this hole as straight as possible (285 -295 Degree Azimuth) to ensure that we can put a series of wedge holes off of this mother hole. Cabo Drilling's management and Company VP of Exploration Busch and I believe that all this is attainable given the current status of the hole.
