This should hopefully clear up any concerns regarding the selling of any shares by some insiders of Cyp or Syh.

Hey Ernie I think this sums it up nicely.

Regarding insiderselling, you realize that none of the directors or officers draws a penny insalary or compensation from the treasury of Cypress or Skyharbour. The only compensationcomes in the form of stock options which mean the directors and officers haveplenty of incentive to see that the company succeeds and the share price higher.I wish all public companies based management compensation on stock options whichmeans management only wins when shareholders win.
