Skyharbour Announces Share Consolidation - Marketwire Canada

With only 157 million shares fully diluted (be it 40 million are stupid options & warrants), I don't know why they feel the need to consolidate. This is not a large float. I mean it's not small but it's no where near the point to be consolidating. When you have 250 million+ then you start to worry about future financing. What are these guys thinking about.
