Results from Reserve Creek have been quite promising, particularly RS0808 and RS0810. Remember that RS0808 contained an interval of 4.8 m that graded 6.11g Au/tonne, and that interval included 2 - 0.5 m intervals that each graded about 24 g Au/tonne. And the recently released RS0810 seemingly intersected a couple different zones of "veinlets". There was the reported 4.6 m grading 7.49 g Au/tonne (including 0.7 m of 16.7g Au/tonne and 0.9 m of 7.79 g Au/tonne) and 10 m downhole there was a 3.79 m interval of 4.4g Au/tonne which included 1.72 m grading 7.8 g Au/tonne. Seeing plan and cross section views of the holes and intersections would better allow some interpretation as to how these different zones correlate.

As I mentioned previously, it is quite common for veins to pinch, swell and splinter depending on the structure (usually a shear zone) that's hosting them. In other words, it's highly likely that the zones vary in thickness along strike and at depth. Not only that, with visible gold common, assays can vary greatly as a result of the nugget effect. Because of this, and because of the lack of outcropping in the area, it makes exploration quite difficult as well as costly - relying heavily on results from drilling which provide a VERY small sample of the structure. In each hole, you're removing a core (approx. 2 inches in diameter) from a structure that is potentially 100s of m in length and depth. So even though results are promising, there's lots of exploration/drilling of the structure to be explored. Mike compares the area to the Red Lake Gold Camp where interestingly the highest grades are found at the greatest depths (e.g. kms).

Remember this is also only one property in the area. We are still waiting for results from the Fort Hope Gold Mine and OL12 zones, so there's huge potential in the area. It just needs to be explored in a systematic, detailed manner as finances allow. When working with Noramco, we always believed there were too many gold showings in the area for there NOT to be a major gold bearing economic zone, and that was 20 years ago! With these recent and forthcoming results, hopefully we're getting closer to making that discovery!

Have a good night!
