ITEM 26 RECOMMENDATIONS
The Property has well documented gold occurrences that warrant further investigation at both the
KCR and BAR occurrences. Geophysical and geochemical surveys from past exploration
programs are on file. A 1988 humus geochemical survey and the 2011 MMI soil survey
indicates that further exploration work is definitely warranted. This work should focus initially
on an Induced Polarization survey of the KCR MMI geochemical anomalies followed by
diamond drilling of geophysical targets that are coincident with the geochemical anomalies. The
results of the 2010 drill program appear to have a positive correlation between gold in the
substrate and anomalies in both the humus and the soil surveys.
Due to encouraging results from the past drilling and the 2011 geochemical surveys, further
exploration work is warranted on the Property. In the opinion of the author, an independent
qualified person, the Miminiska Gold Project has sufficient merit to justify the proposed
expenditures described below in Table 6.
