MAY 30, 2013 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Beatrix Ventures Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an engagement letter with Sunel Securities Inc. ("Sunel" or the "Agent") pursuant to which Sunel has agreed to act as agent for and on behalf of the Company in a best efforts private placement of up to 33,333,333 equity units (the "Units") at an issue price of $0.015 per Unit for maximum gross proceeds of $500,000 (the "Offering").
