Firstly.... a couple years ago the share price was much lower.... and a .50 financing would have been impossible....

Secondly..... How is this financing going?

These small financings stall the share price as investors sell stock to take another PP..... This is why the stock is slipping back, and this financing is lower than the last 2.... The float is growing quickly.

In order for the share price to move up unabated the PP shares have to blend into the existing float.....Makes upward momentum more difficult with each placement... What I term as "investor fatigue"..... The cure is either positive results from drilling and bulk sample..... or a sugar daddy who funds a substantual program of exploration..... These share do not come back into the market and most often they provide fresh money to exercise wts........ thus allowing the market price to rise with limited selling pressure......JMHO

Many do not want a sugar daddy, but are those same investors the one's that are buying and supporting the stock..... I don't think so because there are only a couple of us here that are still buying!... That was me again on Friday at .23
