I understand  there  were  286 bags  on  kimberlite ,  500 tones.

This  woud mean that  the  bag  weights  were  just  right   for   maximum   capacity    of  lift  weight of the  machine about  1.7 tonnes.

100 tones would  require  about  57 bags of  material,

I  heard  14 bags mentioned  here  for  sat with  1  machine...  and 2   machines booked  for  sunday. If  they were  able to  fly  they  should  have  about  40 bags  out  by  now....?
