If I hadn't seen the blurb about NCTL admitting their delays I would've been a lot more skeptical. The cheapest way to move it was barge. They were told were coming, were coming and then nothing, they were literally left holding the bags. With the time they had, it would be hard to fathom that you wouldn't have your barge come and get the kimber out, considering that company doesn't have a history of screwing people over.
