I have been searching for information on the river crossing and have come up with a couple of pictures of the ferry but no real information on the expected ice up date (not sure if that is the correct expression or not).

Is it a government or private operation?

I am sure you Yellowknifers know pretty well dead on when it will cease as it is your land lifeline to "The Great Green South", anyone care te elaborate?

I have been in SNO since the last ice road so waiting for this year's is no big deal realy, more chance to drill some more holes eh.
