I think there  should be a class action suit  filled  by  investors in  many stocks for the  defamitory comments made on  stockhouse.

 To mention  just a  couple:

For instance... Triggerman repeatedly accused  managment of  a prefencial  placement of  FNI  stock @ 1.15   this  was  done  without a  wt   and  by the  time the  placement  was  closed the  stock  price  had  risen substantually....Triggerman missinformed investors / poster  many, many  times  missrepresenting the  facts.... I personally reported   this to  stockhouse  every time.... but they  refused to  remove the  posts... or  ban the  poster. Seams  half truths and  missinformation are  ok if you are  on the  negative side.

Same  holds true  for  SNO... How  many times  have the  relentless bashers  missinformed,  balently  lied, and  missrepresented  information about  SNO.... They  have  repeated insulted  investors with their relentless  name calling.

There  must be at  least  100 stocks  that  have  had numerous defamitory , derogatory statements  posted...

 I think a billion  dollar  lawsuit should be  launched  against  SWB for  providing the  unmoderated  forrum  for these   statements to be  made..... especially in  light of the  fact  that  they seldom remove  said  posts... or  posters for  such defamitory  statements.

NOT  shareholders  have  also been the  brunt  of  many defamitory  comments
