Since the concentrate is already in S Africa, and they are a private company, and they are outside of normal securities juristiction . . .

If they get an early look at the concentrate numbers, and like it, would they be able to start buying a position without notice or consequence until they hit 10%?

And if they really liked it, I guess they could also make an acquistion bid, couldn't they. Of course the timeline would be long enough that we would get our numbers from the SRC before the deadline, but it could be interesting.

Actually, I am more afraid they would be in the market trying to keep a lid on the price than trying to accumulate. In any case, these will be interesting times for the next 2 months!
