As much as I hate to agree with some of the "bashers" of old, that 400 tons is probably best used for some kind of road building material in the area.

The description of the manner in which the initial 100 tons was selected ie: random bags from the gross sample; would meet most statistical sampling models as indicative that the results would hold true throughout the remaining sample.

Best to move onward and deal with other areas of the project of which there are many.
