Just how quickly this goes and who takes the shares should speak volumes on the future of the company. The $450,000.00 realized is not a big deal but if there is in fact something "on the horizon" the 4.5 million shares could provide someone with a substantial reward.

Added comment. On S.H. one of the psycho babblers is talking reverse split. In my venture exchange experience the 100 million shares that will be outstanding is not an extreme amount and I would not suspect reverse split in the immediate future although that of course could be a "well downstream" alternative.
