Received a private message (which I am grateful for) which essentially states this is an administrative matter which should be dealt with in the next few days. That message was an "informational pass on" and did not come direct from the company itself.

The halt however I believe is "across the board" and not just limited to insiders. The confusion is understandable as some sources continue to show a "bid/ask" albeit with no current trades.

All in all just another hurdle in the journey of this particular venture.
