Not sure how to interpret that one. If there isn't some further news detailing results of current diamond exploration one might think the company is giving up and heading a new direction.

Raising the 1 million cash they talk about in their news release when added to the 24 million shares as part of the transaction will take the outstanding share count to over 200 million.
