Sure the price movement is really only 1/2 cent with the usual uptick of another 1/2 cent provided by 1000 shares from CIBC individual Still this amounts to about 2 1/2 percent of the outstanding shares which while not large in dollar values is a significant portion of any share structure.

If there are still any viewers/participants of this board, does anyone have an interpretation of this action as in perhaps related to taking the company in a new direction.
