Not much of a confidence builder in management if for a second straight year they fail to meet established reporting guidelines. Realize money is tight and it could well be that without the recent financing and fund availability that the accounting firm would not release the information.

The follow-up statement by the exchange sounded somewhat ominous in that they may require SNO to jump through some additional hoops and demonstrate financial viability before allowing re-instatment. The recent dramatic run-up and high volume days could have attracted some regulatory scrutiny.

Going off from a current value of .02 doesn't impact too many peoples bottom line so I suspect there aren't any real tears. Bit disappointing though. Understandable if exploration ends up without discovery. Letting basic corporate administration slide however really is not defensible.
