Some companies have run their business, while under suspension, for years. But, they obviously cannot equity finance the operation. This company seems to be dead! They relied heavily on equity financing in the past which probably means they would in the future, if they have any.

The first thng they have to do is get their house in order and get trading again. Then, start a promotion.

I guess time will tell. In the meantime don't hold your breath.
