12 to 1 is a large "pain in the butt" for most people as they purchase in multiples of even "10s".
You then end up 8333 shares or some such thing which takes the 333 out of it as an odd lot.
I am usually a pretty upbeat guy but saying "the dynamite was too low and thus the poor sample" sounds like a lot of hogwash to me. If that was a fact they would be back in there and do a portion "the right way" and then it would be off to the races.
Filing a lawsuit for 3 million even if it has merit usually means a settlement for just a portion and thereafter deduct legal fees.
I haven't divested myself of any of Snowfield because "whats the point". I would however appreciate some type of formal company communication that I could accept as credible.
