BULLETIN DATE: March 12, 2008
TSX Venture Tier 2 Company

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to
issue 60,000 bonus shares to Gordon Jang in consideration of a non-interest
bearing loan in the amount of $200,000 due on April 29, 2008. If the loan is
not repaid by the due date that loan will be rolled over for an additional two
month period and the Company will issue an additional 60,000 bonus shares.
