Very Little Movement on Volume and Share Price

I wonder why SNG's share price and volume have basically stopped moving over the last week? It seems as though one or more Institutional buyers have driven the price down to about $1.18 and they are not letting it move from here. The retail buyers/and sellers have all but disappeared. Is this the calm before the storm ...ie.. everyone is waiting for the reserve report to come in on the Intrepid 5c fields and then all hell will break loose? Or is there a quite takeover going on behind the scenes that none of us retail investors can see?
