the sp seems like its stable at $0.50 ish.....I remember the rig accident and this I thought was the reason some costs were not paid...wasn't that delay in contention $$...no mention by BG of that issue to the court....some of the other reasons for a reciever are small...but important...slap my hand BG to SNG....and SNG did play some games with Challenger....just bad business practices...he should know better....but like you said....he did win the lease....has 2 wells in the bank...what bank...one on the way....and who wouldn't want in...............in fact i see Tallisman is trying to sell their interest in TnT....why would that make sense?
