great...nice to see GN and SNG have lawyers too....not sure how wise it is to attack the judge....but if they have cause....it sure seems fair to question how it was done..poor BG....they keep getting beat up

any further word on #3...there was more talk on IV about Cambrian....a buyout of CHQ seems certain....and cheap..for what they get...and they get 25% of possible 4TCF....any word on what the profit split w/TnT is?
