great discovery of documents....the PSA is also there....question....since TnT never accepted SNG transfer rights to 25% of 5c....then CHQ does NOT have 5c as an asset to sell..in fact they have NO assets.....they only hold a right to earn 25%....which is now in default....there only hope was to find a buyer to pay the $14m and post some guanantee to TnT satisfaction.....then they got it.....any buyer must 1st insist that they do.....plus now in addition SNG is siezing that right.....so how can they expect to sell same.....
