I see and agree with this logic...although its likely heading to court....my real point is how any buyer would view this uncertainty in return for $$.....and yet CHQ sp is up....figure.....and IV sees the low bid of $85 by the Liberty gang as bocus......and yet 87.5 is its value.....for 2.5 he declines.....

waiting for the 20th...that seems to be our day.....do you thing it will be 100% of 5c or less...or maybe a whole takover.....I know GN still hold some cards....talk about a poker game..the pot keeps growing
