PALO ALTO's proposed terms look pretty poor. They are putting up $60 million or $1 dollar a share. They will seriously dilute the current number of shares that exist and they want to put in their own Board of Directors. This does nothing for the rest of us shareholders. PALO ALTO is trying to take over the company on the cheap. With BG's development plan being drawn up for April and implimented Canadian Superior again would have no money to pay their share of the development of Block 5(c) in Trinidad going forward if you support PALO ALTO's proposal. PALO ALTO's plan is a non- starter as far as I am concerned. I don't trust them and I will vote my shares in favour of the current Board of Directors and management. Down with PALO ALTO's pathetically inadequate proposal.
