I finally figured out the source of the idea which started on the Yahoo Board and has been accepted as true on the IV board concerning the issue that 3 bidders have submitted bids to Scotia Waterous to purchas Block 5(c) by the March 23, 2009 deadline. If you look at Mike Coolen's affadavit dated March 24, 2009 Item #6 on page two you will see the following quote by Mike Coolen:

"As a result of the marketing process by Scotia Waterous, several indicative proposals were received on March 23, 2009.. Scotia Waterous is in the process of analyzing and comparing these proposals and contacting third parties. At this point in the process Scotia Waterous advises, that any public disclosure of the indicative proposals, the third parties, the price range and the interest range would have the potential impact of reducing the ultimate sale value, and therefore reducing the amount offered to the company by these third parties."

So some genius on the Yahoo board has interpreted these "third parties", which in normal English language usage means "the bidders", to mean that there are 3 bidders on Bloc 5(c) which clearly is not the case. Now you know why you have to be careful when you read these bulletin boards. Everyone on IV thinks that someone on Yahoo has privileged information from an inside source as they are so starved for new information they will believe anything.

Best Wishes; Scott
