PAI proposed board of directors

Canadian Superior Energy is a Canadian energy company. If PAI put forth a proposed Board of Directors they had better be Canadian Directors of the stature of Gwyn Morgan the ex CEO of Encana or PAI's proposed board will have no credibility with the shareholders.
