Message: PAI proposed board of directors

Hi Creeker;

I don't mean by my posting to suggest that I support PAI's position because they are a hedge fund and I don't trust them at all. They do not represent my interest or I expect the interest of the general shareholders in my personal opinion. In fact they want to enrich themselves and they have an agenda which they have clearly revealed. Proof that PAI is not acting in the general shareholder interest is that they should not be creating a civil war at this time within Canadian Superior Energy by turning directors against each other. Their moves are just creating instability at a time when everyone needs to be united to see Canadian Superior Energy pull together to get out of CCAA bankrupcy protection. Their continuous moves to destabilize Canadian Superior's management during this time is undermining the markets confidence in Canadian Superior Energy's share price. What is a prospective investor in Canadian Superior Energy to think when they read yesterday's news release by PAI, or when they see the civil war taking place on Stockhouse and Investor Village and other bulletin boards? PAI's paid agents are continually attacking the chairman Greg Noval and other Board Members on these bulletin boards. If PAI was truly interested in the general shareholders and an increasing share price, which their antics have continued to drive down, they should wait until the General Meeting in June to bring their allegations foreward behind closed doors.

Canadian Superior Energy should immediately go to court and seek a court injunction or court order to shut PAI up until the General Meeting or at least silence their public allegations. PAI is unfairy trying to influence the courts decision during the CCAA ordered process and the net effect is that it is driving down the share price to their own advantage at the expense of the general shareholders by airing their complaints in public. Who represents our voice, the individual retail holders at this time? The Board Of Directors does of course. I resent PAI trying to influence the court as you and I are not being heard by the courts and the media on this matter. The forum for their grievances is either the General Meeting in June or they should get in line with the other parties with grievances and present their case during the CCAA court proceedings. Their public antics during the CCAA court process amounts to contempt for the courts. By going public they are hurting the company and all of us. As for their proposed Board Of Directors PAI didn't reveal them to us in their letter so that we can vet them and check them out well before the General Meeting. I expect they are toadies of PAI. Think for a minute. Who would put their names forward and get involved in the midst of a coup d'etat. More billable hours.

Best Wishes; Scott
