Leif Snethum's Affadavit May 20, 2009

In his affadavit of May 20th, 2009 Leif Snethum Canadian Superior's Chief Operating Officer states in Item 3 that:

"Canadian Superior is confident that it will be able to substantially advance the Strategic alternatives over the coming weeks and hopes to present a plan of arrangement to its creditors by late July or early August of 2009."
