Investorvillage is now making people pay for membership and I refuse to pay so I only got to see one or two free posts this morning but one newspaper article that someone had posted stated that SNG's natural gas found on Block 5(c) was 680 million barrels. Now posters are throwing around numbers on investorvillage that Centrica Energy essentially bought 1.44 trillion cubic feet of natural gas reserves in this deal which is why they are paying only US$142.5 million in cash.

Something appears to be fishy about the numbers being thrown around. Does this mean that SNG has to pay the drilling and testing costs for the Endeavour well out of this? It appears that SNG has spent more money drilling and testing the three wells then they are getting back from the sale.

It appears that the only pirates in the world are not only in Somalia. Canadian Superior Energy appears to have encountered them in Trinidad and the pirates are British.

It's a good thing that they didn't sell their Western Canadian holdings.
