SNG paid 27 million to secure the rig....I think they paid 10 million for the lease ( correct me if I am wrong..because I write from memory)...Then they took in 39 million from BG for the 30% they sold to BG.
They also paid approximately 73 million total ( including debt) to drill the three well program.
Therefore, they paid approximately 71 million in total, excluding court, legal, and commission costs...which could comes to approximately 10 million.
Their receipt for the 45% is 142.5 million.
142.5 - 71 - 10= 60.5 million.
So...SNG net in 60.5 million for their 45%....and they will have to pay tax to Canadian government for this amount...
