The previous financing was through the company management and public shares.

I do not know of any plans to do further financings. I will contact IR to see what their plans are going forward.

The previous financing was to pay for the annual expenses. They had no plans to drill. Rightfully so, since their equity base was deteriorating due to the bear market in gold. However, the recent action in their share price means they should be able to get decent financing through the equity markets.
