POKER FLATS PROPERTY - CARLIN TREND

December 2010 acquires Poker Flats property consisting of 500 acres
In the 4th quarter of 2011 acquires private land to bring up the total acreage to 3,600 acres
Newmont Mining's Emigrant Springs property 1km away
Newmont Mining's is expecting a new mining operation to be started up soon at Emigrant Springs
Exploration goal is for a open pittable, heap leachable Carlin type ore bodies at shallow depths
Potential to host a multi-million ounce Carlin-style bulk mineable gold deposit
Exploration budget of $1,200,000 in 2012 and $2,400,000 in 2013.

GSV has 6 rigs turning on property and hoping for some feeders heading east into pokerflats, should be hearing something soon.
