This is my opinion bu I'll tell you what I think.

TD bank and anonymous were holding sp down this AM. There may be an attempt at a takeover of some kind. The counter is to jv up to make it more difficult. Hence the moves up of the area potential jvs today while NOT moved up as it did last trading day. On its own merit.
